It said serve any 2 dishes and buy 16 ocean blue titles. The other goal is All hands on deck. It says to have one pirate ship stern and one pirate ship bow. And buy two ship walls which are 1000 coins each. Finishing the very first goal ahoy, matey! Will unlock the treasure counter. And finishing the first goal that forgot to snap unlocks pirate ship bow that costs 20000 coins.
